Through a disciplined investment process and a deep understanding of the financial markets, André draws upon nearly 35 years of expertise to provide intricate wealth solutions to a select group of highly affluent clients. His commitment to client service and proven record of success have led to Groupe Prud'Homme Langlois being recognized as one of the top wealth management teams in the country.
André started his career in financial services shortly after graduating from the University of Miami, working first as a commercial account manager before joining a leading brokerage firm as an advisor in 1994. From there, André built his business from the ground up, developing an important network of clients and expertly maintaining their wealth through changing market conditions. André joined RBC Dominion Securities in 2011 and, in 2018, joined forces with leading investment advisor Raymond Langlois, who entrusted André and his team to continue providing exceptional service to his clients after Raymond’s retirement.
As Senior Portfolio Manager and Wealth Advisor at Groupe Prud'Homme Langlois, André leads our team of skilled professionals with a focus on integrity, loyalty and care. He prides himself on his ability to anticipate and proactively address his clients' needs, leveraging his experience and a hands-on management approach to always work in their best interests.
André is proud to give back to his local community through his work as President of the Simple Plan Foundation, which aims to uplift young people in need through musical training and charitable support. He additionally serves as Vice-President of the board of directors for Le Garde-Manger Pour Tous, an organization working to alleviate hunger for elementary school students across Montreal. He and the team are now also actively involved with the Fondation Gisèle Faubert, supporting their mission to build the first palliative care unit in the Montérégie region.
In his free time, André enjoys skiing, running, golfing, coaching, as well as making memories with his wife, their two children and friends of the family.
Senior Associate Advisor
Having worked in the financial industry since 1982, Sylvie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Groupe Prud’Homme Langlois. As a senior associate advisor for our team, Sylvie works with André to develop investment strategies for our clients, in addition to overseeing risk management. She is responsible for analyzing the different portfolio models utilized by our team and acts as a liaison with our third-party partners, ensuring we continue to receive timely and relevant market information.
Prior to joining our team in 2004, Sylvie worked in various capacities across various financial institutions, completing her options and derivatives licenses, as well as her life insurance license along the way. In everything she does, Sylvie is driven by a true sense of professionalism and a constant desire to exceed expectations. She prides herself on her integrity and transparency, going above and beyond to ensure our clients remain confident in the advice they are receiving.
Outside of work, Sylvie enjoys spending time with her daughter, going for dinners with friends and travelling.
Associate Wealth Advisor
Leveraging a deep understanding of the complexities of wealth management and a strong background in financial planning, Alexia has been making a meaningful difference in the lives of clients for over 15 years. As an associate wealth advisor at Groupe Prud'Homme Langlois, Alexia utilizes her Financial Planner (F.Pl.) designation to offer comprehensive wealth management solutions to our clients in-house. Whether it's saving for retirement, planning for the future, or simply obtaining financial peace of mind, Alexia is dedicated to helping our clients achieve their goals through a thorough and tax-smart approach.
Alexia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from HEC Montréal and is currently completing her Masters in Taxation at the University of Sherbrooke. Dedicated to providing our clients with the highest level of service possible, Alexia is fully qualified to trade equities, as options and derivatives, and has her Life Insurance License.
When not at the office, Alexia is dedicated to staying physically active and spending time with her two children and their French Bulldog. She is also a passionate traveller and avid foodie.
Senior Associate
Leveraging nearly 30 years of experience, two decades of which have been with Groupe Prud’Homme Langlois, Annie leads our operations and administration departments with knowledge and care. As the first point of contact for our clients, she is responsible for overseeing all incoming inquiries, utilizing exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills to connect our clients to the support and resources they require.
Annie’s extensive background in the financial industry has allowed her to navigate even the most complex situations with ease, making her an invaluable asset to our team. Annie is proud to have built trusted relationships with many of our clients over the years and is committed to ensuring their continued satisfaction.
Married for more than 20 years, Annie and her husband are the proud parents of an adult son. In her free time, Annie enjoys figure skating and camping.
Associate
An experienced financial services professional, Isabelle brings over 20 years of industry experience to Groupe Prud’Homme Langlois. As an associate, Isabelle works primarily on the operational side, responsible for administrative tasks, such as transfers and withdrawals.
Isabelle’s background in hotel management has been an unexpected asset to her career in financial services, providing her with a unique perspective on customer service and relationship-building. She is passionate about serving our clients and is committed to delivering exceptional service at every opportunity. Isabelle believes strongly in continuing education and has completed several industry courses through the Canadian Securities Institute.
Outside of work, Isabelle enjoys cooking, visiting family and spending time with friends.
Associate Advisor
Since 2019, Samuel has been a valuable member of the Groupe Prud’Homme Langlois team. Samuel’s day-to-day priorities as an associate advisor include executing trades, connecting with clients, and consistently monitoring the markets to make informed investment decisions. A former college football captain, Samuel is competitive by nature and passionate about perpetual improvement. He takes a meticulous approach to his work, ensuring that every trade and decision he makes is precise and error-free, following the mantra “measure three times and cut once.”
Samuel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Concordia University and has completed several additional industry courses, including the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), the Conduct and Practice Handbook (CPH) Course, and the Wealth Management Essentials (WME) Course.
In his spare time, Samuel enjoys CrossFit, golf and skiing.
Joshua leverages his education and background in the financial services industry to provide top-notch support to our team. As an associate, he is responsible for answering general client inquiries, attending to clients' needs, and overseeing our client onboarding process. Joshua is passionate about the markets and is always looking for opportunities to learn and grow.
Prior to joining our team in 2022, Joshua worked at another leading financial institution, where he honed his customer service skills and built strong relationships with clients. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from John Molson School of Business, Concordia University.
In his free time, Joshua enjoys travelling, fishing, spending time with family and friends.
